1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our website or an authorized partner. Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message with full booking details. You are responsible for reviewing this information for accuracy.

2. Requirements

To rent certain boats, guests must be at least 18 years old and may need to hold a valid boat license, depending on the type of vessel. By booking, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements for operating the selected boat.

3. Payments

Payment may be required in full at the time of booking or on the day of rental, depending on the policy stated. We accept various payment methods including card and cash. Prices listed are final unless otherwise noted.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental time may be subject to a partial or no refund.
• No-shows or late arrivals may result in a cancellation without refund.
